In partnership with Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore Ltd., we are offering free EV charging at 47 central locations in central Singapore. From 1 till 22 October 2023, charge for free* at any of the AC chargers across the 47 locations listed below. More details can be found in our FAQs below.
In addition to free charging, Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore Ltd. is offering six months’ complimentary personal accident coverage for all SP EV Charging customers. Find out more here!

Frequently Asked Questions
1. When is the promotion period?
From 1 – 22 October 2023. SP Mobility and Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore Ltd. reserve the right to modify the promotion period at our discretion. You may check if the promotion is still on-going if the price on the SP App still shows “$0.000/kWh”.
2. Are there any other applicable fees to enjoy the free charging?
The promotion covers the entire EV charging rate to ensure you enjoy free charging.
Any other applicable fees levied by the property where the chargers are located, such as car parking fees, are not covered under the promotion.
3. What if the chargers are not available when I arrive?
To avoid disappointment, we advise drivers to check the availability of chargers at their preferred location on the SP App before heading down.
As free charging is based on a first-come, first-served basis, it is subject to charging station availability. We are unable to guarantee that a charging station will be available during your visit.
4. How do I know when the promotion has ended?
Please refer to spmobility.sg website or our telegram group (https://t.me/SPmobility) for updates.
During the promotion period, the charging rate on the SP App will indicate “$0.000/kWh”.
5. Is this promotion applicable to all chargers at each location?
This promotion is only applicable to AC chargers. Do note that during the promotion period, prevailing charging rates continue to apply for DC chargers at the same locations.
To enjoy free charging, do check that the charging rate indicates “$0.000/kWh” on the SP App before you start your charging session.
6. Can I enjoy this promotion if I do not have an EV charging account with SP Mobility?
Yes. Simply download the SP App and register an account on our EV charging page.
7. If I have an existing personal accident coverage, can I still sign up for this six months' complimentary personal accident coverage?
Yes, you can. This plan can supplement your existing personal accident plan to provide added protection to you and your family. 8. Can I enjoy the free EV charging if I do not sign up for the six months' complimentary personal accident coverage?
Yes you can. Free EV charging is not conditional on signing up for the six months‘ complimentary personal accident coverage.
