SP Mobility is celebrating our 6th birthday this February. And because no celebration is complete without gifts, we have prepared some cool treats to thank you for your support.
1. Win 600 kWh of Free Charging
This February, you could be one of six drivers to win 600 kWh worth of free charging! To participate, all you need to do is to charge a minimum of 20 kWh in a single transaction in the month of February 2024 ("Qualifying Transaction"), and follow SP Mobility's Telegram channel. Each Qualifying Transaction entitles you to a lucky draw chance. The more you charge, the higher the chance of winning!
All winners will be notified by email no later than 1 April 2024. Start charging now to participate!
2. Free Vouchers!
We have launched a brand-new GreenUP rewards programme on the SP app, and will be giving away a 6 kWh voucher to all EV drivers. Simply claim the voucher in February, and utilise it by 31 March 2024 when you charge at any EV charger located on our public network.
Visit the “GreenUP” page in the SP app to claim more exclusive merchant vouchers! Or simply visit the “Usage” screen under the “EV Charging” page to claim the 6 kWh voucher now!
Step 1
From 1 - 29 February 2024, check for the 6 kWh voucher under “Usage” in the “EV Charging” page, and click on the voucher to claim it.
The claimed voucher will then be stored in the “View your Rewards” page and will be available for use when you next charge your EV.
For EV drivers who have not linked your mobile number, the system will prompt you to link your mobile number to Advocado, and you will receive an OTP for verification.
Step 2
Charge your EV at any SP EV charger on our public network by 31 March 2024 to utilise the voucher.
Step 3
After you are finished charging, the 6 kWh will be automatically offset from the total charging volume. All you need to do after that is to pay the balance and be on your way!

1. How many times can I participate in the lucky draw?
There is no limitation, each Qualifying Transaction entitles you to one chance in the lucky draw.
You will be automatically enrolled if you have performed a Qualifying Transaction. The more you charge, the more chances you stand to win in the lucky draw. Do follow us on Telegram to be eligible for the lucky draw.
2. Can I win more than once in the lucky draw?
No - we would like to share the happiness with others too! Each user account can only win once in the lucky draw.
3. Do I qualify for the lucky draw as long as I charge on any SP charger?
The charger must be on SP's public network. Hence, charging at a landlord-owned SP charger (such “landlord-owned” chargers are indicated on the app) or at a condominium will not qualify.
There also needs to be a charge of at least 20 kWh in a single transaction during the month of February, and to follow SP Mobility on Telegram.
4. How do the winners receive the 600 kWh worth of free charging?
The 600 kWh worth of free charging will be deposited into the winners' user accounts in the form of vouchers. Each winner will have a total of 30 vouchers valued at 20 kWh per voucher. The winners will be able to view them under "Usage" > "View your Rewards" in the "EV Charging" page.
5. When do the 600 kWh of free vouchers expire?
The vouchers will be valid until 31 December 2024. There will strictly be no extension of validity upon the expiry of the vouchers.
6. When does the free 6 kWh voucher expire?
The 6 kWh voucher must be claimed within February 2024, and is valid for use to offset your charging until 31 March 2024.
7. How many times can I claim the 6 kWh voucher?
Each EV driver is only entitled to claim one 6 kWh voucher, while stocks last.
8. Is there a limit to the number of 6 kWh vouchers issued?
Yes, in such instances where the vouchers are fully issued, you will not be able to claim. You may also receive an error message which says, “There was a problem, please try again later”.
9. Can I give away my lucky draw or my 6 kWh vouchers, or exchange them for cash?
Vouchers are tied to specific user account, and are not transferable. They are strictly not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. How do I check on my available vouchers?
You can check your available vouchers in the "Usage" screen when you open the "EV Charging" page through the SP app.
11. How do I claim my vouchers?
The 6 kWh voucher and other EV vouchers in the future can be redeemed through the "View your Rewards" section under "GreenUP", or the "Usage" screen under the "EV Charging" page.
12. Will my vouchers expire?
The vouchers' validity dates will be stated on the claimed vouchers. There will strictly be no extension of validity upon the expiry of the vouchers.
13. I have claimed my voucher, how do I use it to charge?
Ensure you have claimed the voucher. Once you are ready to charge, select a voucher from your payment methods. The voucher value will be automatically deducted from the total charging volume.
14. Are the vouchers available for only AC or DC charging?
Vouchers can be used for both AC and DC charging at EV chargers on SP Mobility's public network.
15. Will my vouchers be refunded if I did not use them within the stipulated dates?
Any unused vouchers will not be refunded past the stated expiry date.
16. Are vouchers stackable?
Vouchers may not be stacked, and shall not be valid with other promotions.
17. Can I use the vouchers to offset idle fees?
Charging vouchers can only be used to offset electricity consumed during an EV charging session (kWh) and may not be used to redeem idle fees.
18. Are fleet customers eligible for voucher promotions?
Yes, except for corporate fleet customers who are on a consolidated billing arrangement, i.e. the corporate customer pays for the charging and not the corporate customers' drivers.
19. I can't find my claimed vouchers, what should I do?
Check your available vouchers in the "Usage" screen of the "EV Charging" page.
