A gentle reminder to update to App Version 14.64.0 and above for improved user experience and redeem your points.
How it works
Earn Points
Every dollar (net of GST) spent on charging will entitle the user to reward points. Points will be awarded into your account at the end of your chaging session, after payment is made.
You may check for the total accumulated points, as well as any points due to expire in the "Activity" screen.
Redeem Points
A minimum of 500 points is required for redemption.
To redeem:
- Select "Rewards" at the "Start Charging" screen in the app
- The app will show the total number of reward points available for redemption
- Apply the total available reward points and start charging
- Any balance reward points will be refunded to you after the end of the charging session
The dollar value equivalent to the number of points will be automatically offset from your EV charging bill. Any balance points will be refunded to your account. You may pay for the balance amount using your preferred method of payment if the EV charging bill exceeds the dollar value equivalent of points redeemed.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to earn the points?
A minimum of SGD 1 (excluding GST) is required to be spent on EV charging to start earning points. SGD1 will earn 5 reward points*. Calculation of the points is rounded down to the nearest dollar (e.g. $1.20 = 5 reward points). Reward points are earned from dollars spent on EV charging, after deduction of all discounts, all voucher types. Dollars spent on idle fees are not accumulated as reward points.
* this introductory promotional rate is subject to change
2. Is there a maximum number of points I can earn?
There is no limit to the number of points you can earn from EV charging as long as you spend at least SGD 1 for each charging session. Points earned will be valid for 12 months from the date of deposit, through the last day of the final month.
3. Will I be able to move to a next level where I can have a better conversion of points if I meet a certain number of points in my account?
No, there is no tier level for the reward points. Charged amount to points conversion would be updated based on market changes.
4. Are reward points given to all charging sessions?
No. For this phase of reward points implementation, only users who charge on non-discounted rates are entitled to reward points. Note that promotional discounts offered by SP periodically do not constitute "discounted rates" in this instance.
For instance, examples of customers who enjoy discounted rates and are not entitled to reward points are:
a) Customers enjoying group discount rate with SP Mobility, such as corporate and fleet customers who enjoy discounted charging rate for their charging sessions.
b) Private condo residents on a subscription plan, charging within their monthly quota. Charging sessions beyond their monthly quota at a pay-per-use rate are entitled to reward points. Condo residents who are not on a subscription plan are entitled to reward points for their charging sessions.
5. What happens to the current GreenUP Rewards where I have earned and accumulated leaves?
There is no change to the GreenUP Rewards. You will still earn 20 leaves when you charge at least 20 kWh each session and be able to exchange the leaves for vouchers under the GreenUP Rewards. In addition, you will earn points for every SGD 1 spent on EV charging, excluding GST.
6. I have existing EV charging vouchers in my account, can I use the charging vouchers as well as the loyalty points to offset the next charging bill?
Yes, you can select both loyalty points and one voucher to offset your next charging bill. Do remember to make your selection before you start charging. The selected voucher will first be used to offset the EV charging bill amount, followed by loyalty points. Unused loyalty points will be returned to users, vouchers will not be refunded.
7. Will I still earn points if I select to apply both EV charging voucher and points to offset the next charging bill?
Yes, points are calculated and awarded based on the dollars spent on the EV charging bill after deducting the value of any voucher and/or points used, where applicable.
8. What is the conversion rate for the points to be used to offset the charging bill?
For the use of points, currently the conversion is 100 points is equivalent to SGD 1 value. There is a minimum requirement of 500 points accumulated (equivalent of SGD 5) before a user can redeem the points to offset the EV charging bill in the next charging session.
9. Can I use the points to offset idle fees?
Points earned can only be redeemed and spent on EV charging, excluding GST and cannot be used to offset idle fees.
10. Is there a minimum spending required to redeem the points to offset the EV charging bill?
There is no minimum spending on EV charging required to redeem the use of points. However, points accumulated are to be redeemed for use fully. If the EV charging bill is less than the dollar value equivalent of points accumulated in the rewards, the balance points will be refunded. If the EV charging bill exceeds the dollar value equivalent of points accumulated in the rewards, the user will pay for the balance bill amount using the selected payment mode.
