We regularly give out EV charging vouchers via the SP app to reward EV drivers on their green journeys. To receive, claim and use these vouchers, simply follow the steps below.

Register

  1. From homepage, navigate to the “GreenUP” page.
  2. Tap “Rewards” and select any voucher to claim it.
  3. For EV drivers who have not linked your mobile number, you will be prompted to enter your mobile number to connect with an Advocado account. The Advocado platform allows you to receive all vouchers under the GreenUP rewards programme.
  4. Receive a one-time password (OTP) on your mobile.
  5. Verify your mobile by entering the OTP and you are all set!

Claim

Ensure your mobile number is linked with our rewards programme before you claim. Refer to steps above for registration instructions.

  1. From homepage, navigate to the “GreenUP” page.
  2. Tap “Rewards” and select an EV charging voucher to claim it.
  3. The claimed voucher will be reflected under “View your Rewards” tab in the “Rewards” section of the “GreenUP” page.


To view the available EV vouchers for use, you may go into the “EV Charging” page. Tap on “Usage” and tap “View your Rewards” to view your available claimed vouchers.

Utilise

  1. Proceed to any SP EV charger on SP Mobility's public network.
  2. Go to the “EV Charging” page.
  3. Tap “Usage” and tap “View your Rewards” to view your available vouchers. Alternatively, at the charging point, scan the charger QR code to bring up the “Start Charging” screen.
  4. Tap on “Voucher” to view your available claimed vouchers.
  5. Click to select an applicable EV charging voucher that you wish to utilise.
  6. You are ready to start charging!


The selected voucher will now be applied towards the total charging volume at the end of your charging session. All you need to do is to pay the balance and be on your way!

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will my vouchers expire?

The vouchers’ validity dates will be stated on the claimed vouchers. There will strictly be no extension of validity upon the expiry of the vouchers.

2. How many times can I claim the vouchers?

You may claim the vouchers as long as they remain available for claim.

3. Is there a limit to the number of vouchers issued?

Yes, in such instances where the vouchers are fully issued, you will not be able to claim. You may also receive an error message which says, “There was a problem, please try again later”.

4. Can I give away my vouchers, or exchange them for cash?

Vouchers are tied to individual user accounts and are not transferable. They are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. How do I check on my available vouchers?

You can check your available vouchers in the “Usage” screen when you open the “EV Charging” page through the SP app.

6. How do I redeem my vouchers?

All the EV vouchers in the future can be redeemed through the “View your Rewards” tab under “GreenUP”, or the “Usage” tab under the “EV Charging” page.

  

7. I have claimed my voucher, how do I use it to charge?

Once you are ready to charge, select a voucher from your payment methods. The voucher value will be automatically deducted from the total charging volume.

  

8. Are the vouchers available for only AC or DC charging?

Vouchers can be used for both AC and DC charging at EV chargers on SP Mobility’s public network.

9. Will my vouchers be refunded if I did not use them within the stipulated dates?

Any unused vouchers will not be refunded past the stated expiry date.

10. Are vouchers stackable?

Only one voucher may be utilised per transaction, and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions concurrently.

11. Can I use the vouchers to offset idle fees?

Charging vouchers can only be used to offset electricity consumed during an EV charging session (kWh) and may not be used to redeem idle fees.

12. Are fleet customers eligible for voucher promotions?

Yes, except for corporate fleet customers who are on a consolidated billing arrangement, i.e. the corporate customer pays for the charging and not the corporate customers’ drivers.

13. I can’t find my claimed vouchers, what should I do?

Check your available vouchers in the “Usage” screen of the “EV Charging” page.
