Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are the start and end dates of this promotion?

The promotion period starts from 29 January 2025 at 00:00 hours and ends on 05 February 2025 at 23:59 hours. In partnership with Delta, SP Mobility reserves the right to terminate this promotion without prior notice. However, we will provide updates should this occur – see Question 5 below.

2. What if the charging stations are not available when I arrive?

Do check the SP app on the availability of the respective chargers. Charging is only available based on a first-come, first-served basis, and is subject to charging station availability. As much as we would like to, we cannot guarantee that a charging station will be available during your visit.

If the charging station is unavailable, you may consider returning later or searching for the nearest available HDB carpark charging point via the SP app.

3. Is the promotion applicable to AC or DC charging?

The 18% off EV charging promotion is only applicable to AC charging at HDB charging points on the SP Mobility network.

4. Does the 18% off promotion apply to all charges?

The promotion covers the cost of electricity used during the charging session. Any other charging fees, such as network fees, parking fees or idle fees, are not covered and must be paid in full by the customer.

5. How do I know when the promotion has ended?

Please refer to our Telegram group (https://t.me/SPmobility) for updates. The easiest way to check if the promotion is still on-going is to check if the price on the SP app still shows the discounted rate.
